Tommy Chong was born May 24, 1938. He is Canadian and an American comedian, actor, writer, director and as a musician. He is most famous for his Cheech and Chong comedy scenes and movies. He was also Leo in "That's So 70's Show." He was in a band and was the guitarist. He was so good he had his own agent.
